In keeping with the MTS mission statement, of being an actively sustainable brand with a policy to reduce waste in fashion (I want to be a part of the solution to our current environmental crisis.) All orders are handmade to order. Which means that your order can take up to 2 weeks to be dispatched. I promise that the quality and love poured into each item is worth the wait! ❤.
With the current Covid-19 situation, we are working hard to ensure our manufactures are safe and are adhering to the necessary precautions when handling and producing your orders.
All swimsuit orders will be packaged in branded More than swim UK eco friendly biodegradable packaging.
How to dispose of your packaging.
The grey outer packaging, stickers and cards are recyclable and brown paper packaging can ALL be disposed of in the recycling bins.
Recyclable by definition means: "Waste or materials can be processed and used again."

Please note: For hygiene reasons including covid-19 all items are non refundable including swimwear and face masks.

We know you’ll love your new swimwear as much as we do. Each garment has gone through a stringent design process to create the perfect swimsuit for you.
We are a very small company and everything is handmade to order in a small UK factory. Because of this this unless your item is faulty, they are non returnable. All orders are inspected by quality control before postage
If for any reason your product is faulty and I have missed something please send me details of the fault including photographs. They have to be returned:
- Unworn and unwashed items returned in the same condition as you received them.
- Tags and hygiene strips attached and must not be damaged or removed.
- No signs of wash/wear/odour.
- No hair or marks. We reserve the right to return your item back to you if it does not adhere to the above.

Unfortunately we’re unable to accept returns beyond 7 days of your receipt, anything sent to us after 7 days may be returned to you, or we can look to arrange an exchange/credit note if the item meets our returns criteria.

Naturally any faulty items can be returned. Any non-faulty items that are not in a condition suitable for resale (i.e. used, washed, soiled or damaged), will not be refunded and will be sent back to you.
We recommend using a tracked or signed for service when returning an item. We do not provide any guarantees that we will receive your return.
We aim to process all returns within 48-72 hours of receipt and your refund will be with you within 14 days. Please note that shipping costs cannot be refunded.
